Concerning Art Theft
Art theft is not allowed on any site no matter what. It is a federal offense and could get you in serious trouble. If you are caught stealing art, the stolen art will be removed and you will be given a warning. If it continues, you will be permanently banned from the site. Art theft includes claiming art that is not yours, using references that are not yours, claiming that you drew things that you did not, and using art in signatures and avatars that are not yours without given permission and credit.
✏ Respecting Others
We expect you to respect other members on this site, members and staff included. Use manners. If a member does not like something that you have said, apologize. If a member asks you to stop something, stop. If not, the administration will have to intervene and you will be punished.
✏ Age Limit
This is a PG13 forum, as are most Chatlands chats and their forums. You must be 13 years or older to join this forum, for it may contain content unsuitable for children under the age of 13. If you are caught lying about your age, you will be permanently banned until you are of age.
✏ Disturbing the Peace
Drama is not tolerated on this forum. This includes:
- Starting rumors, creating drama
- Publicly reporting someone on the forum
- Prejudice against sexuality, race, politics, religion, etc.)
- Discussing illegal drugs and activities
- Discussing rape, self-harm, suicide, etc.
- Negative criticism (there is a difference between this and constructive criticism)
- Threats
- Explicit links leading to pornography, violence, or otherwise offensive material
- Public discussion of bans
- Spamming
- Trolling
✏ Types of Spam
- Posting multiple topics containing similar or the exact same content
- Creating a new topic for something that has already been posted
- Polls that have no relevance
- Posting indecipherable or unneeded messages on another user's topic
- Creating posts that are in indecipherable or unneeded
✏ Multiple Accounts
Please only use one account on this forum. There is no need to use multiple accounts, and it is highly frowned upon because many people associate multiple accounts with cheating in contests, raffles, and offer topics. If you are caught with multiple accounts, you will be warned and the extras will be deleted.
✏ Cursing
Please be careful with what curse words you use on this forum. We are lenient and allow mild curse words that fit within the PG13 frame, but under no circumstances is any user allowed to swear against another. It is suggested that you report this behavior if you see it.
✏ Journals and Blogs
This is not a forum for posting topics like this. This is an art forum. If you post a journal topic, it will be deleted and you will be given a warning. Please use sites such as Livejournal for these things.
✏ Bumping Topics
"Bumping" a topic moves it to the top of the posts in that forum. You may bump topics once every 24 hours. Any bumping within the 24 hour time span will be considered spam.

Do not beg artists on this forum for art, and do not beg any user for deltas. Begging will get you warned and potentially banned. It may also cause an artist to blacklist you.
✏ Harassment
- Irritating, annoying or tormenting members of this community persistently.
- Uncalled for and inappropriate name calling.
- Sexual harassment or sexual innuendoes.
- Stalking members of this community.
- Harassing administrators and/or posting about: bans, warnings given, pending or already processed poses, asking to become an admin, disputing bans publicly...etc.
